Halloween Artisan Market Stallholder EOI

We are seeking local makers and artists to showcase their handmade goods at our upcoming Halloween Artisan Market.

 

The details are as follows: 

When: Saturday 31 October 2026, 4pm to 8pm (arriv from around 2pm) 

Where: High Street, Village Green Shopping Centre, Karawara.

What: 20 stalls of handmade goods. No food stalls.

Stall fee: $50 per 3m x 3m site

 

Important Information:

  • Stallholders must provide their own lighting, equipment and marquee set up.
  • Public liability insurance is required (provide a certificate of currency).
  • Completing this form is an expression of interest only and does not guarantee a stall.

Applications close on Friday, 23 October. Successful applicants will be contacted with a secure payment link to confirm their booking.
