The Rotary Club of Scarborough was proud to host 3 students from Carine Senior High School competing in the Rotary Four Way Test public speaking competition on 4th August.
The Rotary Club of Scarborough was proud to host 3 students and their families from Carine Senior High School on 4th August. The students were competing in the four way test public speaking competition and delivered a 6 minute speech on a topic of their choice that incorporated the elements of the Rotary "Four Way Test" - that is:
- Is it the truth?
- Is it fair to all concerned?
- Will it build goodwill and better friendships?
- Will it be beneficial to all concerned?
All students spoke very well with the winner being selected to go and compete at the district level.
