The Rotary 4 Way Test Public Speaking Competition for year 10 students was introduced by Scarborough Rotary member Fred Marsh when he was District Governor in 1988-89.
The students present for 6 minutes on any topic of their choice.
They must weave into their speech the 4 elements of the Rotary 4 Way Test –
Is it the truth?
Is it fair to all concerned?
Will it bring goodwill & better friendships?
Will it be beneficial to all concerned?
Scarborough Rotary sponsored Amelia Mason from Carine Senior High School for the 2021 competition held at the UWA club and run by the Rotary Club of Crawley. We are delighted that she was judged the competition winner. Congratulations Amelia and good luck in the state final.
