Helping Minds

Before working at HelpingMinds, Andrea was a mathematics teacher in the Hills teaching secondary students. While she loves maths, she is also passionate about wellbeing and neuroscience. As a member of the community with lived experience of recovery from mental-ill health, increasing mental health literacy is particularly meaningful for Andrea. When she is not out delivering Mental Health First Aid courses, you might see her running after her naughty poodle Banksy (named after the elusive Street Artist) and eating pasta with her Italian family.
