Rotary Club of Scarborough
The Rotary Club of Scarborough in Western Australia has supported thousands of local and international humanitarian activities since it was chartered in 1956.

Its members have raised more than $1,500,000 since coordinating the first Swapmart 26 years ago, which takes place at Karrinyup Shopping Centre. These funds have been distributed towards worthy projects in the community and abroad.

The Club’s signature project is Wheelchairs For Kids, a program which has seen the Club provide more than 28,000 rough terrain wheelchairs to people in need, around the world.

The contributions it has made to the community have been made possible through the strong leadership and drive of its diverse and high quality membership.

Scarborough Rotary has strong fellowship currently with 46 members of both genders, many of whom have provided years of commitment to the Club. The group meets weekly in Karrinyup. A newer Committee within the Club was formed in 2015, comprising younger members (aged in their 30s) who meet in Perth CBD each month, called ‘New Generations’.

The Club is a chartered member of Rotary International.
