Isabelle Chu: Reported that the group from Hong Kong had a great time in Perth and some were considering moving here for a period of time.
Jim Joseph: Gave a report on the outcome of Autism day on Tuesday including some wonderful sound effects.
As Jim summarised the day "If just one parent comes away with a better feeling and hope in the future then the day has been a success"
Joe Angi: Asked members requiring a T-Shirt to contact him with sizes and quantities required.
SwapMart: A good trouble free day with 249 bays sold and $3952 taken for the day
Andrew Fisher: Then reported how he & Karen together with Neil & Tish Darch attended the Scarborough Cavaliers 40th Anniversary in Yorkshire on a Rotary Friendship exchange.

Hello fellow Rotarians from Scarborough North Yorkshire . Just a note for your 4 visiting members I took on a 'cooks tour ' the ship cook sailed on to your fair land is coming back to Whitby end of the month and will stay as a tourist feature.

Sgt Simpson: The sergant then took over the meeting and fined the Rotarians within an ounce of their life and bank balance.
Guest Speaker: Jim Joseph then introduced the guest speakers for the day from the Telethon Institute Dr Keely Bebbington and Dr Kiah Evans.
Kiele and Kyar then gave an overview of how the Autism portal works and the information that can be obtained from its data source.
The information included;
Monitoring service delivery
Categorise who uses the services
The age and history of people in the registry
Monitoring assessment standards
Extacting data to assist families and link with other registries in the world
This is a project that the Rotary Club of Scarborough has directly funded and it was great to see the clubs funds being put to such a good use that can assist families and provide ongoing valuable information for research into the future.
Keely and Kiah then took many questions from the audience.
Jim Joseph then thanked Keely & Kiah for an inspiring & educational talk on their research into Autism & how the register will assist.
