President Mike welcomed all to the 62nd Changeover of the Scarborough Club. President Mike drew attention to a table with Club History paraphernalia displayed.
Mike introduced & made welcome PGD Fred Marsh and Edna, PDG Patricia and Trevor Canning, PDG Jerry & Kerry Pilcher, and June Gaubert.
Mike them requested all to stand and reflect on the memories of valued members and partners who have passed during the last year.

The John Pizey Award was given to Alan Bennett for his outstanding effort of coordinating SwapMart over the last year.

Mike then went on to thank various members for their efforts throughout the year and presented and thanked the outgoing Board.
President Mike then inducted Paul Barfoot as 63rd President of the Rotary Club of Scarborough.
President Paul congratulated our award recipients and thanked all for the honour bestowed on him. Paul recounted aspects of his life that had introduced him to Rotary & service to the community including looking after Police dog "Rotary".
Pres Paul then went on to discuss his aims for the coming year. He said that he would like to focus on local community and youth based projects as Charity begins at home. "Our kids are our Future". Paul spoke of supporting Scarborough Surf Club,W4K's, Autism Awareness, Life Education, RYPEN & RYLA.
